Overview
The Harrison County Commission is seeking proposals for the purchase of two (2) Ford Police Interceptors, fully equipped and meeting the specifications described in the RFP. The successful provider will enter into an agreement detailing the equipment provided, purchase price, and warranty information.
Only written responses will be considered. The County will only consider proposals for vehicles that match the required specifications. Services under the resulting contract shall commence within twenty-one (21) business days of receipt of Notice to Proceed.
Vehicle Specifications
Proposals must be for vehicles matching the following requirements (newest available model, including all manufacturer's standard equipment):
- Utility Interceptor, All Wheel Drive, V6 engine

- Red/clear dome light in cargo area

- Courtesy lamps inoperative
- Global unlock

- Rear camera on demand
- Police perimeter alarm
- Pre-collision assist w/ pedestrian detection
- Anti-theft alarm
- Police engine idle
- AGM heavy duty battery
- Class IV hitch with wiring harness
- 8" integrated display screen
- Tunnel mount
- Remote keyless entry
- Tall-man recessed partition w/ center sliding window
- Expanded metal rear partition
- Replacement seat with outboard seat belts
- Vertical steel window guards
- Dual weapon mount with universal locks
- Vehicle-specific console (cup holder, armrest, swing-arm magnetic mic)
- Dome light between front seats

- 100-watt 500-series siren & switch controller w/ blueprint
- 100-watt speaker & mounting bracket

Respondents must list all available warranties with detail and cost, and indicate availability/delivery schedule. Vehicles must be available within 21 days of proposal award date.

Proposals submitted late or via oral, telephonic, telegraphic, electronic mail, or facsimile will not be accepted. Include the completed Exhibit 1 (Proposal Cover Sheet) and Exhibit 2 (Non-Collusion Certificate).
The sealed envelope must be clearly marked:
