  • Ventilation system replacement
  • Primary shingle roofing system
  • Penetrations, accessories, gutters & downspouts
  • Repairs to damaged/molded soffit & siding
  • Internal damage & sheathing repairs
  • Canopies at two (2) building entrances (alternate design)
  • All materials new; manufacturer & workmanship warranties required
